How long does it take for me to see real results?

  • Depending on the product, it can take up to 2 weeks to see real results; however, in most cases it takes only a few days of consistent use before you start to see any change in your skins texture, clarity, or moisture.
  •  You will most likely feel the difference before visible results show.

How can I support?

  • Leave a comment on our Instagram page @repairskincare or email testimonials@repair-skincare.com with your comments and request that we post your review on our homepage. 
  • We are actively taking testimonials, including before and after pictures. Any information that you feel comfortable sharing, or not sharing, is fine with us! We kindly ask that you specify what you would like us to publish along with whatever you send. 

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping costs vary depending on location. 
  • Please email us with any concerns you may have about shipping costs. 
  • We strive to keep our processes affordable; however, your safety is also very important to us. We take good care to ensure that our glass-enclosed, perishable products are delivered safely to your location. 
  • We care about the environment, so we recycle all boxes to reduce our carbon footprint by limiting excess packaging. We encourage you to recycle the contents of your package to reduce waste. 
  • Our products are made to order with care. Please expect up to 4 weeks for shipping. Your patience is much appreciated. 

Do you offer subscription services?

  • We hope to offer subscription services in the future, as our products do have a relatively short shelf life, and we understand that you may want to repeatedly purchase products with us without the hassle of ordering on a regular basis. 
  • Conserving natural resources and eliminating excess waste are important to us, as all of our products come in glass containers in order to maximize sanitation and to prevent plastic pollution. These efforts remain vital factors in our motivation to include renewable options as a part of our future subscription service.
  • Until this service is available, please reach out to our customer service team via email and we will try our best to assist you in any way we can so that you get your products before running out.  

Are your products vegan and cruetly free?

  • Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free. We care about our furry friends just as much as you do! Look for the vegan and cruelty-free bunny symbols on our products. 

How do I know if my product has expired?

  • Product will change in color, texture, or smell when expired. 
  • Shelf life for these homemade products range anywhere between 6 and 9 months due to their lack of chemical preservatives. 
  • These products are made fresh and delivered immediately to ensure you get the most out of your product. 
  • You can extend the life of your product by keeping it in the refrigerator. 

What is the return policy?

  • If you ever have any issues with a product you have received, we are here to help. 
  • Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team regarding these issues, as we understand skin sensitivities exist. 
  • We strive to heal skin and to help people. Likewise, we may be able to create a custom batch just for you, wherein we leave out “troublesome” or particularly reactive ingredients. 
  • If redness or dryness occurs as a result of using any product, shorten use to every other day, or every two days, and see if this improves your results. 
  • Contact your doctor if you have concerns about ingredient allergies, and cease use of the product if you experience discomfort during or after use.

Help! My product came broken.

  • Oh no! We apologize for this, as shipping mishaps do happen. 
  • Please reach out to our customer service team with pictures of the broken product, and then promptly dispose of all broken pieces. Please do not attempt to use the product after it was broken, as this could result in your injury. 
  • We will either reimburse you or send a replacement product with more packing to ensure its safe delivery. 

I never received my product.

  • We are sorry to hear this. Please email us with the details of your shipment (your name, tracking number,   delivery address), and we will try our best to send a new shipment out to you as soon as we can. 
  • Your satisfaction, safety, and skincare goals are important to us.

Do you have a customer service number?

  • No, unfortunately we do not have a 1-800 or customer service number yet. 
  • Please email us at sales@repair-skincare.com with all inquiries and comments, and we try our best to resolve the problem. 
  • We also have a social media team that is ready and willing to assist you with any concerns you may have, so follow us @repairskincare on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

I have an idea for a new product. Will you custom make it for me?

  • We are constantly researching, testing, and formulating new products to enhance your skincare experience. 
  • We are more than happy to incorporate your ideas and innovations into the future of our skincare brand. However, we can not guarantee that the product will be created.
